Lightweight but durable and capable.

The Portable top measures 800 x 540 (31" x 21") and is made from a 12mm fibreglass composite board, it's very strong but lightweight. The shafts are made from 7075 aircraft aluminium for lightweight strength. The Exerfly portable is easily packed up and can fit in a suitcase.

Fast and responsive. Get the most out of your workouts.

The Exerfly Platform uses a 7075 aluminium shaft with super smooth hybrid ceramic bearings to ensure friction is reduced so you get the most speed and response from your workouts.
Additionally, the Exerfly Platform allows you to perform heavy and fast exercises for strength and power. There's no delay or snapback in going from the concentric to the eccentric phase of motion.

Heavy-Duty components built to last and perform.

Custom made heavy duty, abrasion resistant rope with a breaking strain of 3 tons is used to cope with the heaviest workouts and ensure longevity. A heavy duty rope clamp made from aircraft aluminium with a grip strength of 1.5 tons is used to ensure there's no slippage of the rope. The higher the force, the harder it clamps ensuring your form stays constant during the hardest workouts.

Get instant feeback about all aspects of your exercises.

An optional sensor can be included to give feedback on such metrics as power, force, energy and speed measurements for each rep. Unlike traditional weights where you're limited to measurements in kg or lbs, the app gives you useful feedback to measure your progress. The app works on all mobile devices and desktop/laptop computers and is translated in to 6 languages. Discover more.

Quick and easy to put together.

Nine pieces of computer cut 12mm fibreglass composite material are easily assembled in about one minute, with 4 fasteners. The middle top part can be fixed to a vertical structure with the attachment garrot.

The best of upper and lower body exercises.

While the stable platform allows standing exercises like squats, lunges and various upper body exercises, the top part can be detached and quickly fixed to any vertical structure to allow for more upper body and rotational exercises.

Easily vary the resistance with Flywheels.

The Exerfly flywheels are available in three different inertial loads.

0.1 kg.m2 (Red)
0.05 kg.m2 (Blue)
0.025 kg.m2 (Yellow)

The flywheels are attached via a quick release screw cap. It makes changing flywheels quick and easy.

A. The top measures 800 x 540mm (53" x 41") and the unit weighs 7.5kg (16.5lbs) without flywheels.

Q. How much do the flywheels weigh?
A. The large flywheel weighs 5kg, the medium flywheel weighs 3.5kg and the small flywheel weighs 2.5kg

Q. Is the Exerfly Portable solid and stable?
A. Yes, it's made from fiberglass outer with fiberglass reinforced dense foam, and painted with an epoxy paint (it's like high strength glue paint) so it's very robust and the unit is well balanced. The fiberglass has a breaking strain of 500kg (1100lbs) and the unit comes with a 1 year warranty.

Q. Can I order an additional flywheel?
A. Yes, just add another flywheel to the order at checkout. If you wish to change anything before shipping, let us know.

Q. Does it come with the sensor and app for workout feedback?
A. No, this will need to be added at the time of order and installed before shipping.
